How I stay productive 98% of every day

Hey guys,

I am writing these words while sitting in beautiful nature, gazing out at the sea in the sun.

I used to have a hard time making significant changes, but by adding small habits to my daily routine, I was able to make a big difference.

Health first

Back in the days, as a manager for musicians and artists. I used to work 14 hours a day and travel 250+ days/year. I loved my job, but this was the most stressful time of my life. I love nature and needed an exercise routine that I could do no matter where I was.

I enjoy morning runs because the fresh air keeps me motivated. Since I started prioritizing exercise, I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall health, well-being and focus.

Meditation

I have been meditating for over 1000 days every day. I found that taking just a few minutes each day to sit silently and focus on my breath helped me to feel more calm and centered throughout the day.

Do less

This might sound ridiculous, but we are all overwhelmed with things to do. Therefore, doing less and focusing on the truly essential tasks is crucial.

Write down all the tasks the evening before

It is simple yet effective habit that has helped me stay organized and focused. By knowing exactly what needs to be done the next day. I avoid wasting time on figuring out what to do.

Wake up early

I used to sleep in until the last possible minute and then rush to get ready for the day. However, I found that waking up earlier gave me more time to get things done and set the tone for the day ahead.

Adding these habits to my daily routine changed my life. I increased my productivity and business success with these solutions. Hope they help you too.
