The Myth of Hard Work & Wealth

Hello friends,

today is my birthday and I was thinking to myself.

How is it that Elon Musk has the same 24 hours in a day as you, but gets vastly more done?

Here is how I think about saving time and increasing productivity:

I like to think about inputs and outputs

the ability to have a higher output for the same input.

What does that mean?

It means I focus on achieving more with less effort.

The magic work is Leverage

it comes from the word lever, a tool used to lift and move heavy objects.

Levers multiply force, allowing you to do more than you could alone.

Understanding the 4 leverage frameworks changed my business forever:

4 Leverage of Wealth

4. Labor, people

The Oldest form. It allows you to get more done with less effort by working with others and delegating tasks.

Frees up time by using other people's skills and knowledge.

Let me tell you from my own experience managing people is one of the hardest jobs.

3. Capital

Capital leverage is fancy word for using money to make more money.

If you buy a new software for your business that saves time, it allows you to focus on more important tasks.

This leads to more money without requiring additional work from you or your employees.

2. Content, Media

Its about creating something once and using it multiple times.

Creating high-quality content, like this, for millions of viewers takes as much time as consulting with clients.

Simply: More value → more views → more money

1. Code

Same with Code. Write it once and use if forever.

Create an app and let people use it forever

Example: A solopreneur who runs an online store can use code by automating their inventory management system. Instead of manually updating stock levels.
